Kenny, an Air Force veteran, began his aviation career in the early 1970’s and has amassed over 30 years of experience in General Aviation and the Major Airlines. As an
A & P, IA, DAR and instrument rated private pilot, Kenny created Lone Mountain Aviation in 1982- an aircraft maintenance and sales company that has become a major component within the aviation community.

Jim Jakus, Shop Manager
Jim, also an Air Force veteran, began his aviation career during his youth assisting his father. Upon graduation from Western Michigan University, as an A & P and IA, Jim has dedicated over 30 years of his life working as a mechanic and maintenance director in various aspects of the aviation industry.

Bill Dexheimer, Chief Inspector

Bill began his general aviation career immediately upon completing his Air Force commitment. Obtaining his A & P and having held an IA for over twenty years, he has spent the majority of his 40 year career in quality control, aircraft maintenance management and as an aviation author. Bill specializes in difficult aircraft records research, a unique service provided by Lone Mountain Aviation.
